How do I cancel my ride?
In the app, tap your ride under My rides and then Cancel. You can also call or WhatsApp us. Cancelling is free as long as the driver is not on the way yet. If the driver is already on the way or you are not there at pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply.
When will I get my money back?
If you paid online and cancel, we refund the amount automatically to the same account or card. The money will be in your account within 5 working days.
I left something in the taxi
Fill in the form below and choose Item left in the taxi. Please add your booking number or the date and time of your ride. We will contact you as soon as the driver has found the item. In a hurry? Call or WhatsApp us.
How can I pay?
In the app or on the website you pay securely online in advance with iDEAL or card. You can also pay in the taxi by card or cash.
How far in advance should I book an airport ride?
Book a ride to or from Schiphol and other airports at least 6 hours in advance. Add your flight number so the driver can take delays into account. If you have extra luggage, please mention it when booking.
How many people can travel?
Up to 4 people in a regular taxi. Up to 7 people in our taxi van.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
After the ride you automatically receive a receipt by e-mail. Travelling for business? Set up a business account in the app and you will receive an invoice in your company name.
How do I get a promo code?
Request a personal promo code in the app (Home → Request a promo code) or via WhatsApp. You will receive the code by e-mail.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. Your data will then be erased.
